SPACE-iZ is an all in one property platform for any space, but primarily focussed on CoWork and CoLive. SPIZ offers discounts to tenants and free marketing to owners along with an additional income.

- The SPACE-iZ DApp manages administration of bookings and facilitates the trade of SPIZ token

1) List all kinds of property owners with a private/personal/commercial/office space can list with us for free marketing
2) Onboard Tenants to offer discounts on any kind of property rented and on other amenities as well.
3) Increase the utility of SPIZ token real-time in the property sector

Basically properties being empty now, give us a chance to convince and onboard any kind of property owner to list with us and get free marketing to our database in return for offering discounts to our tenants. This is how we will impact and penetrate the market as the current pandemic will create more traction for our project.

So SPACE-iZ would provide the discounts and as tokens are held by users. Later when number of rooms increase, the price of SPIZ would appreciate along with demand for the token.

As the number of rooms increase the % return on investment will increase as well please check whitepaper for graph.

We have conducted regional bounty campaigns to reach out and increase our community worldwide. As community plays a very important role to boost awareness of any project and they would be rewarded with tokens reserved for bounty.

Our enticing would keep the community engaged within our ecosystem while ensuring the process of renting a property or borrowing a token are simplified and expediated.

So those who hold the tokens for a year can avail upto 15% discounts on their rent which would add to their savings. This model isn’t out there so as number of rooms increase so will the token price as more tenants will hold on to SPIZ to avail discounts.

Also we will have a PWA (progressive web app) version apart from iOS and Android. On mobile apps, there might be restrictions, so initially with our PWA tokens can be changed without any hassle.
Having our Proof Of Concept ready by September will gain traction to our project, increase the token and attract huge investments

OYO, Wework, Airbnb, Zoopla do not still leverage on tokens or smart contracts or telegram to build their community and grow their business so I believe we are taking strategic steps here😎

Question 2: In this Covid- Pandemic, There has been a huge impact on this indistry, isn’t it? How has Space-Iz been impacted?

What’s ‘s approach in this field to make it more reachable to NON-crypto Users?

Question 5: Lending of token is being mentioned in your Space-iz website. Can you explain more about the process and the system of lending from a token holder to a non-token holder in your platform? How much is the interest and the profit can get by the token holder? Is there any collateral for the non-token holder to lend to token holder?

This would be done using smart contracts and they would be executed accordingly as period of contract ends. Holders would receive rent on tokens as passive income. We would do the KYC before entering holders and non-holders into a contract.

Question 6: How does SPACE-iZ deliver the optimal return for both project and investor?

SPACE-iZ token price would appreciate as its utility increase and holding increases along with contracts. Investors would receive a good return on their investment as the number of rooms in our ecosystem increase.

Question 7: You say that the colive trend is gaining momentum in many cities. Which are the cities or regions where this concept has been most successful? Which countries do you expect to be your main markets?

Question 8: Why would I create a contract to borrow other users’ tokens when I can freely buy them from the IEO and rent them myself? will the token purchase run out quickly?

We will create our own blockchain in the near future.

Question 11: How much is the minimum and maximum amount of Tokens that a user can obtain and rent? can we really all own a number of tokens?

Yes you can own tokens as per your requirement.

Question 12: Will the capital of tokens borrowed in smart contracts be returned only when it ends? Can I withdraw the% of interest earned whenever I want?

Only when the contract ends not before, as you would have e-signed it.

Question 13: Are the properties offered on your platform limited to the UK or are they available worldwide

They are available initially in UK, India and US. Later we will spread our reach as we grow.

Question 14: With the Space Dapps, can I directly change the $ SPIZ tokens to Fiat and P2P? or would you need a third party to achieve it?

This can be done with our PWA version of the application.

Question 15: Protecting users/member data and privacy has become a problem that many companies/projects must face in their development.
So can you explain a bit about SPACE-iZ Security?

Data would be stored in nodes of our network so they would be safe.
